Decision No. 1864/ QĐ-TCT of Ha Noi Taxation Department dated 21 December 2011 on issuance of tax declaration, payment procedures.
Pursuant to Decision No. 78/2007/QĐ-BTC dated 17 September 2007 of Finance Minister about issuance of tax policy, tax management and treatment for tax administrative procedures of taxpayers under “one-gate” mechanism.
This Decision takes effects from 01 January 2012, replacement for Decision No. 422/QĐ-TCT dated 22 April 2008.
